A retired border patrol agent's letter:
05/16/06 12:08 PM
Dear Senator Frist:
There is a huge amount of propaganda and myths circulating about illegal aliens, particularly illegal Mexican, Salvadorian, Guatemalan and Honduran aliens.
1. Illegal aliens generally do NOT want U.S. citizenship. Americans are
very vain thinking that everybody in the world wants to be a U.S. citizen.
Mexicans, and other nationalities want to remain citizens of their home
countries while obtaining the benefits offered by the United States such as employment, medical care, in-state tuition, government subsidized housing and free education for their offspring. Their main attraction is employment and their loyalty usually remains at home. They want benefits earned and subsidized by middle class Americans. What illegal aliens want are benefits of American residence without paying the price.
2. There are no jobs that Americans won't do. Illegal aliens are doing
jobs that Americans can't take and still support their families. Illegal
aliens take low wage jobs, live dozens in a single residence home, using
the beds 24/7, share expenses and send money to their home country. There are no jobs that Americans won't do for a decent wage.
3. Every person who illegally entered this nation left a home. They are
NOT homeless and they are NOT Americans. Some left jobs in their home countries. They come to send money to their real home as evidenced by the more than 20 billion dollars sent out of the country each year by illegal aliens. These illegal aliens knowingly and willfully entered this nation in violation of the law and therefore assumed the risk of detection and deportation. Those who brought their alien children assumed the responsibility and risk on behalf of their children.
4. Illegal aliens are NOT critical to the economy. Illegal aliens constitute less than 5% of the workforce. However, they reduce wages and benefits for lawful U.S. residents.
5. This is NOT an immigrant nation. There are 280 million native born
Americans. While it is true that this nation was settled and founded by
immigrants (legal immigrants), it is also true that there is not a nation on this planet that was not settled by immigrants at one time or another.
6. The United States is welcoming to legal immigrants. Illegal aliens are
not immigrants by definition. The U.S. accepts more lawful immigrants every year than the rest of the world combined.
7. There is no such thing as the "Hispanic vote". Hispanics are white,
brown, black and every shade in between. Hispanics are Republicans,
Democrats, Anarchists, Communists, Marxists and Independents. The
so-called "Hispanic vote" is a myth. Pandering to illegal aliens to get
the Hispanic vote is a dead end.
8. Mexico is NOT a friend of the United States. Since 1848 Mexicans have resented the United States. During World War I Mexico allowed German Spies to operate freely in Mexico to spy on the U.S. During World War II Mexico allowed the Axis powers to spy on the U.S. from Mexico. During the Cold War Mexico allowed spies hostile to the U.S. to operate freely. The attack on the Twin Towers in 2001 was cheered and applauded all across Mexico.
Today Mexican school children are taught that the U.S. stole California,
Arizona, new Mexico and Texas. If you don't believe it, check out some Mexican textbooks written for their schoolchildren.
9. Although some illegal aliens enter this country for a better life, there
are 6 billion people on this planet. At least 1 billion of those live on less than one dollar a day. If wanting a better life is a valid excuse to break the law and sneak into America, then let's allow those one billion to come to America and we'll turn the USA into a Third World nation overnight.
Besides, there are 280 million native born Americans who want a better life. I'll bet Bill Gates and Donald Trump want a better life. When will
the USA lifeboat be full? Since when is wanting a better life a good reason to trash another nation?
10. There is a labor shortage in this country. This is a lie. There are
hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of American housewives, senior
citizens, students, unemployed and underemployed who would gladly take jobs at a decent wage.
11. It is racist to want secure borders. What is racist about wanting
secure borders and a secure America? What is racist about not wanting
people to sneak into America and steal benefits we have set aside for legal aliens, senior citizens, children and other legal residents? What is it about race that entitles people to violate our laws, steal identities, and
take the American Dream without paying the price?
For about four decades American politicians have refused to secure our borders and look after the welfare of middle class Americans. These
politicians have been of both parties. A huge debt to American society has resulted. This debt will be satisfied and the interest will be high.
There has already been riots in the streets by illegal aliens and their
supporters. There will be more. You, as a politician, have a choice to
offend the illegal aliens who have stolen into this country and demanded
the rights afforded to U.S. citizens or to offend those of us who are
stakeholders in this country. The interest will be steep either way.
There will be civil unrest. There will be a reckoning. Do you have the courage to do what is right for America? Or, will you bow to the wants and needs of those who don't even have the right to remain here?
There will be a reckoning. It will come in November of this year, again in
2008 and yet again in 2010.
We will not allow America to be stolen by third world agitators and
thieves.

Illegal and Unacceptable

It's absolutely unacceptable for any illegal emigrant to protest in our streets, or anywhere else in the United States. These people, no matter what country they are from or their nationality, have no rights here. They are illegal. Those who choose to protest only identify themselves as the problem this nation has and also as those who most likely need to leave. If you want to be here then do it just like everybody else before you has done.
We have a Constitution in this country and if you choose to live here then you will have to abide by it like the rest of us. To protest the Articles of the United States Constitution for your own self-interests is not what it stands for. Right now you violate that very document you want protection from. Go home and do it the right way.
If you truly want to do the right thing then leave voluntarily and don't add to the problems. If your own country has problems then fix them instead of coming here and trying to change our country to fit your needs. You have no right. Your illegal presense here is an insult to our nation, those who have served it and bled for it.
Many people cannot get the jobs you have because of criminal activities by your employers who hire you in violation of the Constitution. These are not jobs Americans don't want - they are jobs the employers won't give us because of quotas.
Talk about racial discrimination?
Besides the Hespaniacs that are screaming outloud, what other nationalities are in the streets screaming? If all of this is that important for you to be here then do it the right way and you will earn the respect of all Americans and their families who did do it the right way....for centuries.
Thank you,
Tom Shanter

House OKs Public Land Sales:
Controversial bill lifts moratorium on mine patents
From Staff & Wire
Saturday, November 19, 2005 3:57 PM PST
WASHINGTON - A provision allowing companies to buy public land for $1,000 an acre or higher and lift the 11-year-old moratorium on land patents for mining operations won U.S. House approval early Friday morning.
The measure reforming the 1872 Mining Law is part of the House budget reconciliation bill, and the provision attracted heated debate from both sides.
“The amendments to the general mining law included in the House deficit reduction bill give mining communities greater opportunities for sustained economic growth and help attract investments - ensuring America meets more of its domestic mineral needs and keeps high-paying mining jobs here at home,” said National Mining Association President and Chief Executive Officer Kraig Naasz.
U.S. Rep. Jim Gibbons, R-Nev., said the measure would help rural Western communities stay afloat economically after a mine closes.
“Without making these lands private, reclamation laws require companies to remove everything as they leave, including roads, buildings, power plants and power lines, water and sewer lines, and more,” he said.
Gibbons was one of the 217 who approved the budget bill. Rep. Jon Porter, R-Nev., also voted for it, but Rep. Shelley Berkeley, D-Nev., was one of 215 voting against the overall budget deficit-reduction bill.
U.S. Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., may fight the mining reform aspects of a budget bill on the Senate side, based on his remarks after the House passed the bill. The Senate version doesn't include the mining provision, and the two versions will go to conference committee to iron out the differences.
Senate Minority Leader Reid said the provision would be “even more harmful for Nevada than it will be for the rest of the country,” because it may override a 1998 state law aimed at keeping profits from southern Nevada land sales in state coffers.
“It is difficult to support a minerals policy that is not carefully crafted,” Reid said.
The provision on land purchases replaces the portion of the old mining law that allowed mining companies to buy land for $2.50 or $5 per acre, and calls for companies to pay fair market value for the surface, or $1,000 an acre, whichever is higher.
The provision could clear the way for the sale of 20 million acres of public land, and opponents are concerned about the potential lost of public land.
“With approval of the House budget bill, Congress has moved dangerously close to selling large portions of the nation's public estate, which provide hunting grounds, fishing holes and weekend getaways for millions of families to well-heeled private interests,” said Mike Dombeck, former chief of the U.S. Forest Service.
“With a wink and a nod, this budget proposal sells not just the minerals under these federal lands, but the pristine lands that just happen to be located near high-priced zip codes,” said Rep. Nick Rahall of West Virginia, the senior Democrat on the House Resources Committee.
“We are literally looking at the prospect of McDonald's, Wal-Marts, condos or any other type of commercial or private developments springing up smack dab within some of America's most cherished units of the national park system,” he said.
Gibbons disputed the claims the land sales would open the way for commercial development.
He said earlier this week “special interest groups have dishonestly portrayed this measure as a giant land sale and giveaway to developers.”
NMA's Naasz said the “improvements to the mining law successfully address long-standing concerns voiced by local public officials, mining community residents and mine operators and investors. We urge the Senate to support this important provision of the deficit reduction bill.”

A Huge Land Grab
Mine patent legislation draws fire
By ADELLA HARDING - Staff Writer
Elko Daily Free Press
Wednesday, November 9, 2005 7:55 PM PST
ELKO - A mining law reform provision in the House Resources Committee's budget reconciliation bill that would allow companies to buy public land is drawing fire from several quarters.
“I think it's very badly drafted. The way I read it, the language is much broader than proponents are saying,” former Interior Solicitor John Leshy said Tuesday.
Language allowing purchase of federal land adjacent to mining claims or patented mining land opens the door to the potential purchase of “thousands of places,” he said in a telephone interview.
Closer to home, the Western Shoshone Defense Project is concerned the proposal to lift the moratorium on mining patents would mean companies could buy land the Western Shoshone say is theirs under the Ruby Valley Treaty.
“It's all disputed land,” said Western Shoshone Defense Project spokeswoman Julie Fishel.
“You can't sell what is not yours in the first place, and the companies lining up for the dole should keep that in mind,” said Bob Hager, an attorney for the Western Shoshone National Council.
“Western Shoshone land title is in litigation in the federal courts and the subject of a United Nations human rights inquiry,” he said.
National Mining Association spokeswoman Carol Raulston said, however, the portion of the bill dealing with mining law reform is intended to provide more certainty to the mining industry and to local communities.
“It's a more secure right to mine, and mining companies can work with the community for ongoing activity after mining ceases,” she said from Washington, D.C.
“Mining companies aren't interested in being hotel operators,” Raulston said, referring to claims by opponents that a loophole would allow developers could buy the land.
At issue is a provision in the House budget bill that would provide companies with the opportunity to patent mining claims for $1,000 an acre or surface value, whichever is higher, and buy adjacent land.
The House Resources Committee earlier estimated the provision for selling public land in the West would net $158 million for the government over five years.
U.S. Rep. Jim Gibbons, R-Nev., who is on the Resources Committee, said earlier the mining reforms that made it into the package pre-empt the mining law reform bill Rep. Nick Rahall, D-W.Va., proposed, which calls for an 8 percent royalty on hard-rock mining.
Alan Septoff of Earthworks said Tuesday the “very first thing” the bill does is strip out the requirement in the 1872 Mining Law that a miner must prove their are valuable minerals on a claim in order to patent that claim.
“The fact of the matter is the legislation is basically a huge land grab,” Septoff said.
The bill hasn't been debated, yet it would affect “everyone's public lands,” he said.
Septoff said House Resources Committee Chairman Richard Pombo, R-Calif., “knows it wouldn't pass if it came up for a vote on itself. It's an underhanded way to push an agenda.”
Septoff said opponents are trying to get the provision allowing for the sale of public lands stripped from the budget bill that would head to conference with the Senate version, if the House passes the bill.
The Senate's budget bill doesn't include any provision for lifting the mining patent moratorium.
Leshy said the patenting provisions should be lifted out of the current bill, and if proponents want to try again, “they can come back next year and put it on the table and go through the normal process.”
The way the House bill is written now, a potential buyer would have to do $7,500 worth of mining-related work on a claim before qualifying for a patent, but Leshy said “that depends on how you define ‘work.'”
A company could hire a consultant to go to the library and look up U.S. Geological Survey reports, he said.
Raulston disputed the contention.
“It's not as though just anybody can walk onto federal land and get a patent,” she said.
Raulston said Gibbons and others heard from elected officials who said the patent moratorium has hurt local governments because patented land becomes private and is added to the local tax rolls.
They also want to see infrastructure, roads and facilities remain when mines close to allow for future economic development, she said. Under current law, mines have to remove all facilities when they close.
The Western Shoshone Defense Project states in a news release that 60 million acres of land in Nevada and reaching into Utah, Idaho and California falls under the Ruby Valley Treaty, and the land still belongs to the Western Shoshone.
“Western Shoshone title is still intact. We have been fighting this for years and will continue to fight,” said Raymond Yowell, chief of the Western Shoshone National Council.
“The U.S. thought when they made some notations in their bookkeeping that the Shoshone would be ‘paid' and any cloud to land title would be lifted. Well, they were wrong, and we're still here,” he said in a statement.
The U.S. Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian Affairs currently is working on the cash distribution of millions of dollars in claims settlement money to the Western Shoshone.
The Western Shoshone National Council also announced Tuesday it was sending a statement to congressional representatives outlining its objections to the mining law reform provision in the budget bill.
The Asssociated Press reported outdoor recreationists and hunters are opposed to the provision.
A big concern for many people is loss of access to public lands if companies go in and file claims, said Mat Millenbach of Billings, Mont., a former manager of the state's Bureau of Land Management office and avid outdoorsman.
Matt Streit, spokesman for the House Resources Committee, disputed opponents' interpretation of the bill, saying it includes several steps ensuring that the mining claims are legitimate.
Streit said members of Congress heard during field hearings over two years that communities can suffer when mining ends and the land reverts to the federal government.
“The important thing here is that we're trying to provide sustainable economic development,” Streit said.
An analysis of the bill found that about 360,000 additional acres of federal land would be available for mining claims, he told AP.

The latest controversy over expanding the mining companies abilities to purchase Public Lands only goes to prove that the U.S. Govt., its sub-agencies and the corporate industries blatent disregard for the U.S.Constitution.
The treaties that have been signed between the United States government and Native Americans can not be dissolved by "way of gradual encroachment" under any circumstances. All treaties must be viewed and considered accordingly to Article VI of the U.S.Constitution.
Who, in their right mind, would ever enter into any contract or treaty if they had prior knowledge that either would or could be dissolved by "way of gradual encroachment"?
What has been constantly refered to as 'public land' in the State of Nevada, in reality, is Western Shoshone lands protected under and by the Ruby Valley Treaty of 1863 which was signed on October 1, 1863. This was one year and thirty days before Nevada became a state. What was ignored is the fact that no territory could be considered for statehood that included treatied lands.
The Department of Interior or its subagency of the BLM have no legal authority whatsoever to negotiate any Native American lands or those considered to be Public Lands for sale to any private party, business or corporation especially when said parties are not American in nature or ownership. The DOI and BLM are not realtors.
The methods these two agencies employ are a gross negligence of law. They manipulate the 'due process of law' and the judicial system in a manner befitting that of the classical rogue thief.
When we find the articles of capitalism taking such a position to over-ride the democratic process and the very Constitution we all live by then we must be aware that the voice of the People falls on deft ears and, thus, we must ask what protections do we have against other intrusions, violations and blatent disregards for the very constitutional laws that are designed to protect us?
It would not surprise many to entertain the concept that this proposal may well be a backdoor for the DOI, DOE and BLM on the Yucca Mountain Project. It may not look like it today, but, given time they could easily use it to push the YMP through in some fashion.
QUOTE:
Matt Streit, spokesman for the House Resources Committee:
"Streit said members of Congress heard during field hearings over two years that communities can suffer when mining ends and the land reverts to the federal government." (These lands belong to the Western Shoshone not the Federal Government).
"The important thing here is that we're trying to provide sustainable economic development,” Streit said.
If that's the case then why is the Federal Government allowing American companies and jobs to be exported? Why do they even consider foriegn investors to purchase American soil? This is beyond reason. Is he saying that Nevada's lands and resources are the only ones available to balance the economy and that foriegn investors are the only ones they can market to? Nah, he wouldn't be suggesting such a thing would he?
If members of our government truly believe this proposal to be an advantage, on any table of observation, then perhaps they wouldn't mind an alternative proposal where they would find the way, and there are many, to appropriate our tax dollars here at home instead of abroad. Perhaps, they could then quit telling us that there are not enough funds available to take care of our needs, like natural disasters, or a national health care program, or activating jobs for those on a welfare system that is not only a failure, but, an insult to this nation.
Continuing on this type of agenda for decades is reason enough not to believe any more rhetoric coming from the hill, and yet, they keep lying on practically every issue...even after they've been caught.
Now we have to watch out for them if they decide to go ahead and move on dispite the people's rights citing Immanant Domain.
Everybody needs to wake up to what's really going on around them and quit being so damn apathetic.
Below you will find several items that pertain to this issue and we hope that it is enough for you to learn and pass on to others.
...from the U.S. Constitution
Article II
(The President of The United States)
Before he enters on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Article VI
All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation. This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.
The things they Ignore:
Adverse possession :
The possession of land, without legal title, for a period of time sufficient to become recognized as legal owner. The more common word for this is "squatters." Each state has its own period of time after which a squatter can acquire legal title. Some states prohibit title by mere prescription or possession.
Aggravated damages :
Special and highly exceptional damages awarded by a court where the circumstances of the tortious conduct have been particularly humiliating or malicious towards the plaintiff/victim.
Allodial :
A kind of land ownership that is unfetterred, outright and absolute. It is the opposite of the feudal system and supposes no obligation to another (ie. a lord).
Appeal :
To ask a more senior court or person to review a decision of a subordinate court or person. In some countries such as Canada, the USA and Australia, appeals can continue all the way up to the Supreme Court, where the decision is final in that it can no longer be appealed. That is why it is called "supreme" (although, in Australia the supreme court is called the High Court).
Audi alteram partem :
Latin: a principle of natural justice which prohibits a judicial decision which impacts upon individual rights without giving all parties in the dispute a right to be heard. Habeas corpus was an early expression of the audi alteram partem principle. In more recent years, it has been extended to include the right to receive notice of a hearing and to be given an opportunity to be represented or heard.
Certiorari :
A writ of certiorari is a form of judicial review whereby a court is asked to consider a legal decision of an administrative tribunal, judicial office or organization (eg. government) and to decide if the decision has been regular and complete or if there has been an error of law. For example, a certiorari may be used to wipe out a decision of an administrative tribunal which was made in violation of the rules of natural justice, such as a failure to give the person affected by the decision an opportunity to be heard.
Clandestine :
Something that is purposely kept from the view or knowledge of others either in violation of the law or to conduct or conceal some illegal purpose.
Conveyance :
A written document which transfers property from one person to another. In real-estate law, the conveyance usually refers to the actual document which transfers ownership, between persons living (i.e. other than by will), or which charges the land with another's interest, such as a mortgage.
Covenant :
A written document in which signatories either commit themselves to do a certain thing, to not do a certain thing or in which they agree on a certain set of facts. They are very common in real property dealings and are used to restrict land use such as amongst shopping mall tenants or for the purpose of preserving heritage property.
Cuius est solum, ejus est usque ad caelum et ad inferos :
Latin: who owns the land, owns down to the center of the earth and up to the heavens.
Deed :
A written and signed document which sets out the things that have to be done or recognitions of the parties towards a certain object. Under older common law, a deed had to be sealed; that is, accompanied not only by a signature but with an impression on wax onto the document. The word deed is also most commonly used in the context of real estate because these transactions must usually be signed and in writing.
Due process :
A term of US law which refers to fundamental procedural legal safeguards of which every citizen has an absolute right when a state or court purports to take a decision that could affect any right of that citizen. The most basic right protected under the due process doctrine is the right to be given notice, and an opportunity to be heard. The term is now also in use in other countries, again to refer to basic fundamantal legal rights such as the right to be heard.
Eminent domain :
USA: The legal power to expropriate private land for the sake of public necessity.
Indefeasible :
A right or title in property that cannot be made void, defeated or canceled by any past event, error or omission in the title. For example, certificates of title issued under a Torrens land titles system is said to be "indefeasible" because the government warrants that no interest burdens the title other than those on the certificate. This makes long and expensive title searches unnecessary.
Mandamus :
A writ which commands an individual, organization (eg. government), administrative tribunal or court to perform a certain action, usually to correct a prior illegal action or a failure to act in the first place.
Seisin :
The legal possession of property. In law, the term refers more specifically to the possession of land by a freeholder. For example, a owner of a building has seisin, but a tenant does not, because the tenant, although enjoying possession, does not have the legal title in the building.
Stare decisis :
A basic principle of the law whereby once a decision (a precedent) on a certain set of facts has been made, the courts will apply that decision in cases which subsequently come before it embodying the same set of facts. A precedent which is binding; must be followed.
Stirpes :
Latin: the offspring of a person; his or her descendants. For example, inheriting per stirpes means having a right to a deceased's estate because you happen to be a descendant of the deceased.
Torrens land registration system :
A land registration system invented by Robert Torrens and in which the government is the keeper of the master record of all land and their owners. In the Torrens system, a land title certificate suffices to show full, valid and indefeasible title.
Unjust enrichment :
A legal procedure whereby you can seek reimbursement from another who benefited from your action or property without legal justification. There are said to be three conditions which must be met before you can get a court to force reimbursement based on "unjust enrichment": an actual enrichment or benefit to the defendant, a corresponding deprivation to the plaintiff, and the absence of a legal reason for the defendant's enrichment. For example (and only theoretically as many countries have laws which have modified equity law in some situations), if you found somebody else's cash and spent it, you might be sued for reimbursement under unjust enrichment. The legal theory behind unjust enrichment is the constructive trust, which the court imposes upon the circumstances to hold the person unjustly enriched as the trustee for the person who should properly get the property back, held to be the beneficiary of the constructive trust.
Words of purchase :
Words which specifically name the person to whom land is being conveyed. The property is conveyed to specifically and by name in a legal act such as a conveyance or will. This would preclude, for example, transfer as a result of intestacy.
After considering these items thoroughly one could be under the impression that these agencies on every level are conducting no less than acts of treason against the People of the United States and a violation of their very oath of office.
HAVE AMERICANS BEEN DUPED?
by Alex Pappalia
April 13, 2005
Have Americans been duped? Sure they have. Since the teaching of Columbus discovering America (which he never did and we all know that), all the way up to now, Americans have been mislead by the very government they elected to protect their rights under the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence, along with a few other documents that enable us to be who we are...Americans.
With the Industrial Revolution came a secret organization, which still exists to this day, the Trilateral Commission. This secret organization was formed by those industrial-corporated heads and their families to use their power to manipulate our government with presents of money and favors that continues to plague our most sacred institution...our Elected Government. Many people refer to this or these groups as the Corporate Government.
If you were to trace the histories of those who have been supposedly elected you would discover that they are all related in one way or another and (like George Bush, Sr., once President of the Trilateral Commission, also head of the C.I.A. then Vice-President and finally President of the United States), have set up this country to believe that they are working in our best interest. Of course, if this was true then why are we so far in debt; why don't we have a national health care and medical program; why do we have people living in boxes on our streets; why are our veterans ignored after every war; why are they trying to change the social security system; why is everyone at odds over our tax system; what are national guard troops doing on foriegn soil; why don't most Americans know anything about their Constitution; why are there so many illegal guns on our streets; why are there so many violent gangs in our cities; how do all these drugs get into our country every day; why can't we protect our southern borders; why are there so many millions of illegal aliens in our country; why doesn't the government live up to the treaties they sign with other nations and the Native Americans; why is there so much garbage and waste and polution in our soil, water and air; why do we have run-down sections of our communities still standing to offer no more than an eye-sore and a place for parasites to breed; why do our law enforcement agencies need to be outfitted like an army and act like Hitler's gustapo; why do they want to change the 2nd Amendment to take away our Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms; why don't all these Christians of different denominations who believe in the same God get along with eachother or anyone else; why is our education suffering at all levels; why do convicted criminals have more rights than their victims; why don't other countries come to our aid in a time of crisis like tornados, floods and so forth and why is this list so long? It could be longer.
Americans have been duped. Our taxes, that we are forced to pay are used and sent over seas to aid other nations in an underlying effort to install our form of a democratic government on them and we are always told that our government doesn't have the funding for programs here at home. Why is this allowed to happen?
There is so much coruption in our nation today that all we hear is that they are working on it. Bullshit! It doesn't take over one hundred years to fix the real problems in our country. We don't create these things. They are injected into our communities to keep us distracted from the real issues. The corporate/government is the real issue. They are the ones who have our money, our labor, our education and our nation in turmoil. Who else can afford to manufacture and implement all the illegal drugs, guns and permit illegal aliens to infect our communities? I can't. Can you?
Have you been duped? When is the last time you said that you don't complain because it wouldn't do any good any way? That's a mistake. If you have a real reason to complain then by all means do so and do it loudly. If everyone would do this then those we are suppose to trust with running the governments of our communities and our nation would have no choice but to listen. You just can't lay down and let them run you over. Enough of the special interest groups and all those other idiots that run rampant on the steps and through the halls of our nations capitol...go home. You're interferring with the rights of the American people who have an elected body to do the job you are constantly interferring with. It's not your job and you're not letting them do theirs. Okay, so you say you have a complaint and this is the way you are sounding off and having it heard...loud and clear. Perhaps this has some truth to it, but, the point of the matter is that you are not speaking for all the people...only your special interest and most of these have not been to the benefit of the people at large.
I don't want to hear that a law in New York is the same in Nevada. The states are far from each other, far different in terrain, weather, live-styles and personal freedoms...believe it or not. Look at Nuclear Waste. Why should we Nevadans have to put your garbage in our yard? We don't make or use the stuff and yet some special interest group will argue that we have to take it and we have no choice. Really? Since when do Americans have no choice? A government that uses force by manipulation and the falsafication of documents to prove that it has a right to do what it wants anywhere in this nation without the peoples voice being heard is so far out of line that they actually violate the very Constitution they swore to uphold and defend.
We have all been duped.
Now, what are we going to do about it?

AMERICAN ANATOMY
Article by: Cherity Averil

Life in Amercia has been nice to me throughout the years; a good education with college; an honorable, trusting, loving husband and father and a good family; twelve years in the military (Army); a solid career and good health. Our home is almost paid for and we have only one child remaining to graduate from High School (two others are attending college now). It has been a struggle but worth every step.
I have very much to be thankful for and I have never really complained about too many things I've noticed going on in our country and our government that I felt were not quite right.
About three weeks ago my husband was pulled over by police officers in a routine and random traffic check (done periodically in our town). He was not speeding and was wearing his seat-belt, in fact, there was nothing wrong. At least that's what he thought at the time. After the officers checked everything, drivers license, registration, insurance and so forth they asked him to step out of the vehicle and move to the back of the car. He did. They did not ask permission to search the car but did anyway as my husband watched without saying a word. Soon one of the officers came to the rear of the car with a book in his hand and asked my husband what he was doing with it. His intention was not to be rude in his reply but responded that he was reading it in order to refresh his knowledge of what he had learned in school. The officer replied, "What are you, some kind of ignorant asshole...this book is illegal and by possessing it you are in violation of federal law". My husband said that was impossible. The officer told him to turn around and put his hands on his head. He did so. The officer handcuffed him and told him he was under arrest for possession of illegal and subversive material. My husband exclaimed, "What, are you kidding me? Is this some sort of a joke?" The officer assured him that it was no joke but added that he was not on Candid Camera either. My husband stated that he knew there was no such law and if he was going to be arrested then was the officer going to read him his rights? No. They put him in the back of their police car and closed the door. They had taken his wallet from him and went threw it. He said (my husband) that he could hear them talking to eachother and on their hand-held radios. After about 30 minutes they opened the car door and asked him to step out. They removed the handcuffs and apologized for the inconvenience and told him he could go.
My husband did not take this too easily. He asked them what this whole thing was all about and they just told him he could go. No, my husband said, I am going to report this to the Attorney General for immediate action and charges will be filed. The two officers turned to my husband and very calmly replied, "Sir, we made a mistake. What we were doing was enforcing a new directive as outlined in our duties to comply with the U.S. Patriot Act. The material you have is illegal according to that. This is what will be happening throughout America and there is nothing we can do about it".
My husband is a Federal Prosecutor and the book was the United States Constitution.
Is this what is going on in our country? Have I lived such a good life that I didn't see such things developing? I find this so hard to believe and to accept that I have laid awake at night, many nights since this happened, wondering, questioning, lost.
Has our nation actually allowed this type of thing to happen? How could it? This Patriot act has the power to make our constitution illegal? We can be arrested for having it in our possession? This all reminds me too much of McCarthyism when Joseph McCarthy alleged that there was a communist under every rock in America.
Because of this unfortunate, yet awakening, experience that happened to my husband we have moved from that town and very far away. He quit his job after discovering that such a measure was in place and that it will be acted on throughout our entire country and in some cases already has.
America has lost its spine, in a way, I guess we have too by tucking tail and running away. Soon there will be no place for Americans to run to. The head of our government is severed from the body of the people and the blood of our nation is being wasted on foriegn soil. Our heart is sad and people are depressed everywhere. They speak of their dreams and hopes without any real believe that they will ever be able to approach them and the very drug that has kept our nation addicted to its lifestyle for decades is so high priced that we can barely afford it anymore. Our nation is sick, it is tired and, it, like any other organism that is infected with a virus or disease is dying. The only cure is for the people to stand up and find their spine once again and take back their country from the very tyrannical disease that is killing it...the government that allowed such things as this Patriot Act to be passed in the first place; that sent our children to fight a war under false pretense and that holds our nation hostage and imprisoned from their rights as protected in our constitution.
All of this is nothing short of treason.
Even though we have moved and changed many things in our lives rather quickly we will never give up our hopes and dreams (many of which have already come true). We will never abandon our nation or our constitution or our fellow Americans. We will do everything we can to help bring the much needed information of such matters to all Americans everywhere.
Please America, wake up. Don't get the shock treatment like we did.
Thank you,
Cherity Averil

My Dear Sweet America, we have a problem of ultimate proportion. It is beyond evident that our nations government, from the highest level down, has been subdiverted by powers unimaginable in our countrys history.
The current administration has openly violated our Constitution by subdueing members of Congress with false and misleading information that has forced them to unconsciously, and some knowingly, sign documents of treason which side-step our Nations Constitution and replaces it with the Homeland Security Act and the U.S.Patriot Act. These Acts, which authorize by Executive Order, grant the full and complete power of the United States Police under Martial Law (being mostly in part that of FEMA) the use of Deadly Force. This force will be directed towards and at American Citizens who refuse to adhere their commands at anytime.
It should be noted at this point that the United States Police - FEMA forces are made up of members from foriegn forces who are armed on American soil and will not at this time be identified, but, unfortunately for them, confirmed during the emergency relief efforts in the gulf hurricane Katrina.
Americans beware, this is not a joke and should be considered an alarm that it is due time, this time, right now before another day passes, to exercise our, your, Constitutional Right, and by law, to remove this entire administration up to and including the President of the United States for acts of domestic and foriegn terrorism; use of weapons of mass destruction (Depleted Uranium); purposefully putting our troops in harms way; genocide; subverting the Constitution; committing our nation to a war with other nations that are not an immediate threat or put our nation in immanate danger, nor have they attacked this nation, other than verbally, and do not pose such a threat to commit this nation and its troops to war; unconstitutional invasion of foriegn countrys and military-dictatorial overthough of their established governments as the leading charges against them.
When the government of the People cannot be trusted to carry out their duties as sworn to their oath of allegiance to this Nation and its Constitution then they leave us no other choice or alternative but to exercise our protected right to remove them from their office and/or postiton, elected or appointed, and re-establish our Nation to order, so be it.
I am not a traitor or a terrorist, but, I am very much a proud and surviving Veteran of S.E.A., and a revolutionary soldier today with a duty to my Nation to protect it against ALL Enemies - Foriegn and Domestic.
Currently, President George W. Bush, Jr. and his administration are traitors to Our Nation and have failed not only the People but the very Constitution they swore to defend. The consideration of using nuclear weapons against another nation who has not enacted the articles of war against our nation or have attacked it, nor is at war with it, is the mindset of a madman. This not only poses a threat to the nation of Iran, but, also to the rest of the world. There is no honor here and such an act could not be justified under any circumstance.
I plead, like I've never done before, that this Nation Of The People, By The People, For The People do their duty and stand against this administration and remove it immediately in a United effort to save our Nation from such disgrace.
My words here could well be considered, by this administration, to be within their outline of a terrorist (to which their outline is a joke within itself) and, in Mr. Bush's words, "either you're with us or against us", - Mr. Bush, I am against you and those who do - or would support you. You may call me what you will and stereotype me into whatever catagory fits your need, yet, no matter what you do to me will never be enough to silence the voice, the heart, the spirit, the soul and the might of the American People. In America Mr. Bush, a Patriot, a Revolutionary is not a terrorist - they are, however, the absolute reason this Nation rose in the first place. We removed one King George...we shall remove another.
In regards to our news media, they too have failed the American People by not reporting what they know to be true and not what they are told to report under the guise of national security. Some news agencies have done an excellent job staying on top of the issues and doing their best to get the information out to the People and they should be commended for such bravery. As for the others, I would have to wonder who they really are and who they really serve.
If America is to be great again, unto ourselves and to the rest of the world, then it is the responsibility of every American to do their duty as citizens and uphold Our Constitution completely. If we must have a revolution, the very thing that this nation was formed from...then so be it.
To all of our military personnel, you swore an oath of allegiance to this Nation and its Constitution - not to the President and his administration. If you know, or believe, that you have been given orders that are a violation of the law, Constitutional Law, Military Law or the Geneva Convention, then you have the absolute right, no matter your rank or deportment, to refuse to follow such orders and stand down.
To all my Brother and Sister Veterans, especially those who served in S.E.A., we remain the best of the best...are we together to do what we know must be done? Think. Then follow the four primary principles.
Lock and Load boys and girls.

Europe's answer to Google
To those who are skeptical about the proposal by the French and German governments for a European Internet search tool ("Europeans weigh plan for search engine," Jan. 18), I would say that at least a European Google would not be required to submit to the kind of indiscriminate invasion of personal privacy through personal search records that MSN and Yahoo have already complied with in the United States, and that Google will no doubt fail to resist.
As long as U.S. companies dominate the Internet, the world will be vulnerable to the increasingly invasive and imperialist agenda of the executive branch of the U.S. government.
Quaero, the name given to Europe's search engine, may prove expensive and overengineered, but at least it will fall under the framework of European Union data protection and privacy directives, which no individual government or head of state can trample - and which the United States can't touch.

America and respect for life
In his column "Remorseless support" (Views, Jan. 20) Derrick Jackson focused on the most serious problem facing Americans today: our irreverence for life everywhere. President George W. Bush has said, "We revere life, our enemies don't." He may actually believe that, which only underscores the severity of our delusions.
Pragmatic Americans understand that U.S. militarism only serves to increase the specter of terrorist payback. But the heart of the problem is how blithely we use the term, "collateral damage" to assuage our consciences.
When the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. said that we need to construct international mechanisms to listen to pain and build trust instead of militarism that enrages and sets up cycles of revenge, he was recognizing a shift in the human psyche that must take place, not only for human survival, but fundamentally for human redemption.
Americans who can't feel the tragedy of what we are inflicting on the villages of Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan need to take a few minutes of silent reflection on what America is becoming.

Bin Laden and the polls
If nothing else, Osama bin Laden's recent appeal for a truce reveals that he is privy to daily events in the United States and has paid close attention to opinion polls ("Bin Laden tape seen as bid to assure followers he's alive," Jan. 21).
It is curious to see bin Laden, the raving jihadist, advocating the democratic ideal of heeding the calls of the majority. Perhaps the war against terrorism is changing some unlikely minds after all.

Palestinians' rights
It is a huge shame that American Jewish leaders such as David A. Harris, executive director of the American Jewish Committee (Letters, Jan. 21), so staunchly and so frequently defend theocracy and forced segregation in the Middle East.
Time and time again I see letters and columns by heads of various Jewish committees and organizations throughout America, primarily focused on promoting political Zionism, which depends on vilifying and destroying the native non-Jewish Palestinians.
"What is Israel supposed to do?" Harris asks. Well, why not try respect for justice. Why not try honoring international law and the Palestinians' basic human rights - including, but not limited to, full respect for the Palestinian refugees' inalienable right of return.
Why not try real democracy with full and equal rights for all.

IMMIGRATION - To Be or Not To Be
Immigration Laws
Rights of Aliens
Constitutional and Treaty Rights of Aliens
Miscellaneous Articles
WNOL Research Department
Administration of the Immigration Laws
Aliens seeking entrance to the United States have few, if any, Constitutional Rights. Congress has delegated to immigration officials almost absolute discretion and has deliberately created a system of duel administration. Applicants for permanent residence visas are screened both by consular officials of the Department of State and by the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the Department of Justice, each independent of the other.
Every applicant must first apply for a visa at a United States consulate abroad, where they are registered, fingerprinted, and made to take a physical and mental examination. They must furnish information about past activities, present status, and future intentions. They must have a passport or a travel document and copies of birth, military, and other records. If the consular official knows or has reason to believe that the applicant is ineligible for admission to the United States, he is instructed to deny the visa, a decision that cannot be reviewed, not even by the consul's superiors in the Department.
The granting of a visa, however, does not insure entry. When the applicant arrives at an American port of entry, Public Health Service officers make another physical and mental examination, and Immigration officials make another check of admissibility. Decisions of these officers are reviewable within the Department of Justice, but only in unusual circumstances by a court. Finally, when this hurdle is cleared, the alien is allowed to enter.
Rights of Aliens
Once here, aliens remain in this country only at the sufferance of the National Government. Aliens who enter illegally may be expelled without much ado. Even those who have been legally admitted may be deported for a variety of reasons, such as two convictions for crimes involving moral turpitude, joining an organization that advocates revoluntionary doctrines, or if the Attorney General beleives they intend, or have intended, to engage in activities "subversive to the National Security."The Attorney General may even hold aliens without bail while he determines whether they are to be deported. His discretion is subject only to very narrow court review.
Since the Supreme Court has ruled that deportation, despite its drastic consequences, is a civil rather than a criminal proceeding, the Constitutional prohibition against ex post facto laws does not apply. Aliens may be deported for acts that were not grounds for banishment when they were performed.
Constitutional and Treaty Rights of Aliens
Aliens resident in the United States are subject to all general laws and, like citizens, they must pay taxes. Congress may, if it chooses, subject them to the draft. Under present laws, if an alien raises his foreign nationality as an objection to being drafted, he may be excused, be he loses all right ever to become a citizen.
Many constitutional provisions protect the rights not merely of citizens but of persons. For example, aliens accused of crimes enjoy the protection of the Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth amendments. Moreover, the government has no more power to regulate the speech and religion of aliens than of citizens. Although aliens may be deported for political reasons, they have the same protection as citizens against criminal prosecution for their speech.
The equal protection and due process clauses protect aliens against arbitrary and unreasonable deprivation of life, liberty, or property by the states. State laws interfering with an alien's right to engage in normal business, or requiring employers to hire only citizens, have been declared unconstitutional. On the other hand, the Supreme Court has held that states may constitutionally reserve certain privileges for citizens, such as the right to own firearms, to enjoy the benefits of workmen's compensation, to practice law or medicine or other licensed professions, to be employed on public works, and to own real estate. And there is no question that states may deny aliens the right to vote or hold public office. The Supreme Court and some state courts, however, have tended recently to look askance at state laws that disciminate against aliens, although the basic doctrine that states may exclude aliens from certain privileges still stands.
According to various treaties, Americans living abroad are given certain rights in return for rights granted to other countries' nationals living here. Like all treaties, these are the Supreme Law of the Land and take precedence over state enactments. The states, subject to Supreme Court review, are responsible for enforcing these treaties.
In so far as alien registration and national control is concerned the national government requires resident aliens to register every year, giving their name, address, occupation, and other data, and to inform the Attorney General of any changes. In wartime, the liberty and property of resident nationals of enemy countries are further restricted. Above all, an alien does not have a constitutional right to reside in the United States.
NON-CITIZEN SOLDIERS
30,000 U.S. military troops not citizens
Big News Network.com April, 2005 (UPI)
More than 20,000 military personnel have become U.S. citizens since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, according to the Pentagon.
Another 5,000 have applications pending for citizenship, with that process being expedited for military members, shortening the wait from about nine months to 60 days.
There are still about 30,000 active duty and 11,000 Guard and Reserve personnel in the military who are not U.S. citizens, according to Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel David Chu. He testified Tuesday before the Senate Armed Services Committee on personnel issues facing the military.
-ED
This is just another example of what is broken in our system. We have already had a deadly attack from within our ranks when one U.S. soldier opened fire on his own company. He has since been convicted and sentenced to death. It poses a seroius question that many are asking across the board. "How do we know who we can trust that we are training to defend us and our nation that are not citizens?" It is a very unstable and radical world we are dealing with anymore. If one person can carry out such an act from within our ranks, no matter the damage they do, in their mind and for their cause, they have succeeded. This particular individual had made it to the rank of sargeant. What if he had made it even higher and was responsible for issuing orders to a mass of troops?
How do we protect ourselves from this type of thing happening again?
Under the current circumstances it would be rather difficult. It does pose, however, the importance of protecting our borders from illegal aliens entering not only our country but our very military and our national guard. Would you allow an habitual bank robber to guard your bank? Would you permit a known child molester to watch your children? Well, there ain't much difference then is there?
Dear Editor,
The ongoing controversy with illegal aliens, primarily those coming across our U.S. / Mexico borders, is a slap in the face of those Americans who believe in our Constitution and the articles that protect us, the laws we all live by and the corporations that American blood, sweat and tears have built for over 500 years. We must remember, Americans are people from all over the world that have established certain procedures for well founded reasons and have lived by these things for centuries. How dare they insult me, my family and my ancestors who have fought and died for these rights to be told that they don't have to.
NAFTA is a real atrocity to the American industry and work force. The major industrial complex that was built south of Mexico City as part of the NAFTA deal is being dismantled and shipped to China. All of the Mexican workers from that industry are now feeling the results of what it's like to be put out of a job like many Americans have been feeling for nearly two decades now. Where are they going? To America, which means even fewer jobs for Americans who are here legally.
These people have no rights in this country; they are not protected by our laws; they do not vote because they can't; they have not gone through the emigration processes like many millions of Irish, Scottish, English, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and the list goes on. We have not heard screams and protests from these emigrants that include special interests groups badgering our elected officials to change the American language into their native tongues and they are polite and respectful enough to speak American/English on all levels when conducting business. Can you imagine what it would be like to listen to the voice on the other end of the phone if it were to ask you to push the button for your language in order to continue? There aren't enough buttons to include everybody.
After extensive personal research, it has been discovered that many Americans who are better qualified to get a job cannot because the company has to hire a quota of certain ethnic minorities in order to be in compliance with the law and in many cases federal law. I'm sure the American People did not have the right to vote for this or these laws. No one in their right mind would vote for a law that would put them out of work.
How do all of these illegals get jobs in the first place - legally? How do they manage to obtain social security numbers? (Some have more than one and many use more than one name.) It has also been discovered that much of the money they earn here is being transferred to banks in Mexico and not invested here in the states. Now, above all else, we have President Bush opening up the borders for Mexican trucks to travel beyond the former 25 mile limit and deliver their goods directly instead of transferring these goods onto American trucks as before. President Fox has stated that it costs his country over 2 billion dollars a year to do it that way. Big deal. So let's take more American jobs and more American money and give it to a program that nobody wants in the first place. Once again, taking jobs from American workers...and, these are not jobs Americans don't want, or are not doing, but, in fact, very well placed and established jobs that are being taken away everyday. It's just not working and definately not to the advantage of Americans.
What's the point of having a U.S. Border Patrol if you have a President that is allowing this type of activity and ignoring our Constitution and the American worker? Mr. President, Bush and Fox, this is all bullshit. American jobs are not negoitable. They should never be on any table of political rangling.
When did NAFTA become a part of our Constitution?
As reported on CNN recently, for those who watch CNN, protests are going to begin in California along with boycotts to voice opposition on the refusal of allowing illegals to obtain drivers licenses. Illegals have no rights in this country...it's that simple.
I think we should hire the Chinese to build another great wall all the way from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific and put an end to this madness. These people have no rights to come into this country and protest in our streets about the way they're being treated.
Emigration should be standing by and ask ever one of them for proof that they are American citizens and, if not, arrest them for being domestic terrorists, amongst other things, citing the Homeland Security Act and Ashcroft's coveted U.S. Patriot Act I & II.
I'll just bet that if they were to visit their homes they would find an enormous arsenal of firearms and other illegal contriband. The cost of doing this would be far less than what it is costing our nation now under the circumstances.
If President Bush is so set on establishing a democratic government in Iraq and the Mexican people want more of a democratic government in Mexico then he should focus on these democratic nation building ideas on our very own borders and the Mexican people should stay in Mexico and fight just as hard there for their rights as they do here instead of upsetting our due processes and claiming what they have not earned a right to.
If everybody in the world is looking at America as a place they want to come for whatever reasons then why are they not unified in their own countries to right what is wrong there...especially in today's world? Perhaps, several hundred years ago country-jumping was a thing to do, but, it was done by conquering that country...like Spain did to Mexico. Therefore, why don't all the Mexican people attack Spain for their rights instead of the United States? The convienience of being closer? Okay, but that's not an acceptable reason. If it were, then go south instead of north.
Please understand, there are many Americans, who are not opposed to Mexican people wanting to come to America to find better jobs, education, medical services and futures for themselves and their families as that is what's a major part of our great nations hope for the world, but, to do it like everyone else, legally and by the processes established by law in order to have protection under the law. Then they can share equally the same rights as everybody else. Otherwise, what is to prevent others from coming in illegally later on and using this same process? Nothing. All of these people should be sent through the same processes as all those who endured Ellis Island. Slam the gates shut and lock them down all along the U.S. & Mexican border.
American citizens will not tolerate this type of Constitutional abuse no matter what our government does and especially when it does so against our will. As with NAFTA, the American corporations who favor this type of activity and abuse are not the elected voice of the American People. On top of this, the current administration was formed illegally and not elected by the People, for the People and of the People either. This is the first president to ever sit in the White House that was appointed and not elected. Now take a hard look at what has been happening to our nation since. There are over 40 million people out of work according to the latest statistics...and these numbers are going up. Mr. Bush and his cabinet are lying to us. Who else are they lying to? Most likely, everybody. They cannot be trusted and this is obvious.

Comment:
On a personal note, I have nothing against the Mexican people or any other nationality that may want to enter the U.S. by legal means, but, as an American I believe and feel that my rights as an American Citizen are being compromised for a corporate/political agenda that in the face of all logic and reason is a direct violation of Our Constitution. As an American Veteran this really p****s me off! Our U.S./Mexican border should be the most heavily protected border that our nation's security systems should be concerned with...on all levels. It would appear that the new Homeland Security Agency should make this a HIGH PRIORITY and not be held to hypocracy. I believe that if the U.S. Border Patrol were to advertise on a national level how many job openings they have there would be a rush to join. To put our National Guard on this border would be the right thing to do and I don't mean non-combatants. Let's use our tax dollars to build a high-tech solid secure system, which may even include walls that can't be compromised and only a few ports of entry, with heat & motion detectors, cameras w/digital or video tape recording, satelite surveillance, more dogs, and all physical teams should not be less than two people at all times. The cost of this would be far less than what it is being appropriated into programs that are not a threat to our nations overall security. This is not just an issue of illegals violating our borders...it is an invasion by every meaning of the word. This has got to stop NOW! We must be America First on all levels!

Robert Kagan: member Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) 2001, Covert Actions Information Quarterly seems to have taken notice of him in issue #39 (this isn't a compliment and could implicate a CIA connection). He is also a player in the game mentioned in an expose' of Armond Hammer (Oxidental Petrolium and communist sypathizer) The Kagan Family is so intellectually above the rest of us that even his brother Donald Kagan is a memeber of CFR.
Ellen Bork: Member Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) 2001. Has sat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. On May 30, 2002 she wrote an editorial for the New York Sun, in it she quotes both Kagan and Schmitt while attacking Europe for not supporting the U.S. in attacking Iraq. Kagan's quote was " Europe is moving beyond power into a self contained world of laws and rules and transnational cooperation". Bork continues: "If they can't match American power, they must hope to weaken it".
Bruce P. Jackson: CFR 2001. Also got a write up in Covert Action Information Quarterly #70. As his own write up says Office of Sec. of Def. 86-90, went to work for Lehman Brother in 90 (the folks Bush's granddaddy worked for when promoting Hitler), then went to work for Martin Marietta 93 and became Director of Lockheed Martin in 95 after the merger. He was Co-Chair Dole for President Nat. Finance Committee and was a delegate and committee member for the Republican Nat. Convention in 2000. (Obviously this individual makes money when we go to war) There also seems to be some link between this individual and Rupert Murdoch besides both being members of CFR.
Gary Schmitt: Lots of articles on Schmitt linking him to CIA, CIA, Studies in Intelligence: Index 1955-92; Foreign Intelligence Literary Scene 1988; Intelligence Requirements for the 90's. He also writes for the Weekly Standard and recently co-authored a book entitled "Silent Warfare" (Remember recently I brought up the concept of "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars"? That is what is being waged against your freedoms, a silent war, which only changes to noisey when you make it a shooting war. The object being the same and encompassing legislation, secret police, surveilance, cyberattacks, property confiscations, and terror by anyother name.) He seems to write many articles for the Weekly Standard with Donnelly, all hawkish.
Thomas R. Donnelly Jr.: Is a topic in Pat Choate's book exposing our current Pres. Bush Agents of Influence. And although his own write-up on this website doesn't disclose this information, he too is an executive at Lockheed Martin (wouldn't it be nice to be a fly on the wall at the company watercooler? wonder what him and Jackson talk about? Why would he hide that he is also with Lockheed Martin? ). He writes for Foreign Affairs which is the magazine of the Council on Foreign Relations and is also an "inside guard" for the Knights of Columbus (Masonic).
Daniel McKivergan: writes for the Weekly Standard (Krystal's publication; as most of these individuals do) He was legislative director for John McCain (Manchurian Candidate) who both he and Krystal supported for President because they knew he would go to war. He was the Republican Nat. Committee Director 89-92 and is a Director of the Weekly Standard. He lobbyied against the Kyoto U.N. agreement on behalf of Mobile, Shell, and Exxon. He also served as Dan Miller (R-Florida)'s legislative director.
Reuel Marc Gerecht: Admitted CIA agent, writes for the Weekly Standard, Atlantic Monthly, and the N.Y. Times. All his articles push for war on Iraq and for a regime change in Iran.
Christopher Maletz: Chris doesn't tell us anything about himself on the website, nor will you find anything by searching for his name. Don't you think that is odd? The rest have backgrounds and Chris doesn't. Think about that. That tells me that Chris probably is CIA or NSA or someone who is hiding his identity. What is he doing in this group of elitists with no background?
When this website talks about spreading "international order friendly to our security" and "global leadership" and such, it is "New Speak" for Imperialism through war; fun for them, if you aren't involved, and profitable for the military industrial complex.
Moving along to "Statement of Principles" for the scum notice how many of the chickenhawks have signed on: Cheney, Abrams, Wolfowitz (ole duo citizen Israel/U.S). Also notice Donald Kagan already mentioned,Rumsfeld who has been exposed and the oil and S&L crook Jeb Bush.
First on that list is
Gary L. Bauer: There is a lot of information on Gary, as he was a failed candidate for President in 2000. He quit the race soon after allegations of affairs with a 25 year old female staffer. Several of his staff had warned him, and after the expose' they quit. In his campaign materials he describes Israel as a tiny democracy; Israel doesn't allow all residents to vote. If you aren't jewish, forget about it (Some democracy), sounds racist to me. He also states they should be allowed to expand their borders. He was Chairman of the Family Research Council, right wing Christian organization. He was also in favor of a 16% flat tax which is unConstitutional.
Under Reagan he was the Chief Domestic Policy Advisor 87-88.
In an article from the Washington Times dated June 26, 2002 he wanted Americans "to picture Berlin, Dresden or Tokyo in 1945" and that this is what we should do to our enemies. (bomb civilians?)
William J. Bennet: was Sec. of Education and Chairman of National Endowment For The Humanities under Ronald Reagan. Director Office of National Drug Control Policy (Drug Czar) under G.H. W. Bush. He currently is Chair of Empower America where they claim their goal is against government bureaucracy and monopolies. (strange bedfellow with the others? but then you need to understand "newspeak" a good example is the USA Patriot Act; nothing to do with patriotism, in fact the opposite). Another project Bennett is involved in is Americans For Victory Over Terrorism (more newspeak) Mr. Bennet also writes and edits most of Bush Jr. speeches.
In an interview by the National Review dated April 9, 2002 Bennet made the following statements (Emphasis Mine): "My fear is that as the war expands beyond the groups immediately responsible for the September 11, 2001 attack the criticisms of the war will increase". "Bush knows all to well that Arafat is the problem in the Middle East. I think he realizes that Israel's war against terrorisam is a piece with ours." another chickenhawk; Israel right or wrong. ( Notice he uses words that the next war and others is a forgone conclusion. Also the statement that Bush is prejudice against the Palistinians. Personally I think Israel, and its Zionist leaders, the creature of the U.N. is the problem.)
Eliot A. Cohen: a jewish name, Professor of Strategic Studies Paul H. Nitze School, John Hopkins Univ. Cohen is also a Council on Foreign Relations member 2001.
In an article titled Make War, Not Justice (even sounds moral)(on the internet and published somewhere) dated 9-12-2001 (one day after 9-11) Mr. Cohen says:
"Although the U.S. has from time to time dropped bombs or fired cruise missiles with lethal intent it has far this far flinched at out right assassination. (extrajudicial killings, as the term now has it) But it must end."
(Nice guy, believes in murder and must be happy about the new Israeli Death Squads and like Bush "with us or against us"):
"To understand that this is war is to understand that such states are nothing less than allies of our enemy, and they too should feel full weight of American hostility. A variety of measures, from cyberattacks to blockades to bombing. Nuetrals or even American allies who turn a blind eye to terrorist activity should know that they will also pay..." (look out Russia, Germany, France if your lucky this man is only suggesting a "silent war", cyberattacks.) he goes on:
"We will pay a price in convenience and even perhaps, in the full scope of our personal liberties. Welcome to the world of omnipresent videocameras, retinal scanners, and perhaps even national identity cards."

Hi JustMe22,
Of course you know I didn't find the time to look all the names up to research them all. I'm not sure when I will find the time either. I did searches for the name on Yahoo, and I also used a website I ran across during a search
http://www.namebase.org/n2search.html
On that website I used both search engines looking for relatives also. That's where I learned that Donald Kagan was also CFR.

Part 2
Expose' of the Men behind the Curtain.
Continuing an investigation on just who these people are listed on the Statement of Principle for New American Century Org. http://www.newamericancentury.org/statementofprinciples.htm
Midge Decter/ (aka Mrs. Podhoretz) and Norman Podhoretz
You might call this "two birds with one stone". First Midge:
Born in 1927 in St. Paul, Minn. attended Univ. of Minn., Jewish Theological Seminary of America, and Univ. of New York but never graduated from any. Her first job was as a secretary to the editor of Commentary published by the American Jewish Committee also at one time editor of Harper's Magazine. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (2001) Board of Directors of the Heritage Foundation, & Executive Director Committee for the Free World. Searching under Decker (her maiden name was Rosenthal) came up with her first husband Moshe Decker associated with the Bilderberg Group and Committe for the Free World and has links to Irving Kristol, Bill Kristol's father (his brother Moses Decker was an operator in Operation Paperclip that brought Nazis to America after WWII). She is the mother-in-law of Elliot Abrams who also signed in on the New American Century Org. website. (Elliot Abrams is also famous for being part of the Iran-Contra Scandel; drugs for guns or cocaine for America, and is currently the White House Director of Middle Eastern Affairs; something I didn't catch on the earlier investigation.
http://www.counterpunch.org/pettifer1214.html
Norman Podhoretz is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the added bonus of belonging to the Trilateral Commission. He and Midge have been married for 40 yrs. The above link covers them both pretty well, Zionists using American military might on behalf of Israel. Mr. Podhoretz is also associated with the Anti-Defamation League of B'nia B'rith (Jewish Masons).
Pravda article of March 18, 2002: Podhoretz gave a speech to the American Enterprise Institute. "It isn't enough that we have the USA PATRIOT Act . . . It isn't enough that Bush has declared war on an axis of evil." He then introduces Americans for Victory Over Terrorism headed up by William Bennett (previously researched scum), along with former CIA director James Woolsey under Bennett, Frank Gaffney a Reagan Pentagon official "who has devoted his life to increasing the profit margins of the armaments industry", William Barr Attorney Gen. under Bush Sr., and Lawrence Kadish N.Y. real estate magnate and major GOP donor. The consider all Arab countries as the enemy.
Podhoretz: "The enemy within is an even greater danger than Osama bin Laden and his supporters abroad".
http://english.pravda.ru/columnists/2002/03/18/27037.html
These people are nothing but Nazis. Enough on this sickening duo.
Paula Dobriansky: (I'm beginning to know ahead of time but) Member of the Council on Foreign Relations 2001 infact she is the senior Vice President and director for the Washington D.C. office of CFR, also listed as a member of the Trilateral Commission 2001-2. Also seems that page 57 deals with her in a book called Old Nazis by R. Bellant. She is Under-Secretary, Gobal Affairs, nominated by Bush Jr. on March 12, 2001 http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/biog/2969.htm
She represented the Bush Administration at the 2001 World Summit on sustainable Development (group to reduce world population through what ever means available war, disease, gas chambers? The group is also designed to make all people in all nations equal (equally enslaved)
http://www.itta.com/intro.pdf This link is to the introduction she wrote with Bruce Weinrod for the Potomac Foundation titled International Leadership in the 21st Century. It is full of "new speak" excuses for stealing what we need and how we shouldn't be burdened with treaties to prevent a pre-emptive strike on resources we need. It's long and sickening, and full of "new speak", or as Ed would put it "Switchcraft". Looking at her past, she has never held a real job http://www.usembassy-amman.org.jo/2USIAdir.html
Look her name up in a search, she is the NWO main mouth piece.
She also served on the National Security Counsel under Reagan. Her father (Lev E.) was embassador to the Bahamas and an OSS Officer in Germany during WWII. Reagan gave her father a job as presidental foreign policy advisor, he was also a professor at Georgetown Univ. (is there anyone named Dobriansky that ever held a real job?)
Part 3 Expose'
We continue, exposing the "Man behind the curtain", because in reality that's what it is; those that pull the strings and their motivation.
Aaron Friedburg: Council on Foreign Relations 2001 (wouldn't ya know) and a Princeton professor. Read between the lines on this article, it expresses ideas from the Report From Iron Mountain. That war must be a continuing process because it gives government power by keeping people scared. After reading this article, tell me the wouldn't create this situation if they needed it.
http://www.jsonline.com/news/attack/oct01/coldwar21102001.asp
(watch for Friedburg near the bottom) I find this quote of his in a search "I know of no instance in history where a nation has taxed itself into well being. .." ; my thought, you advocate war which is paid for with taxes, and therefore you must be a traitor trying to destroy.
Francis Fukuyama: Council on Foreign Relations 2001, he is dean of faculty at Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at John Hopkins Univ. (remember this one?). He is also professor of Public Policy at the School of Public Policy, George Mason Univ.. Born 1952, B.A. Cornell Univ. and Ph.D. Harvard in Political Science. Has been a member of Political Science Dept. RAND corporation (government "think tank") 79-80. In 79-80 Policy Planning Staff at U.S. Department of State specializing in Middle-East. In 81-82 part of U.S. delegation to Egyptian/Israeli talks on Palestine. He is a member of Bush's President's Council on Bioethics (remember how the previous article talked about concentration of power in the president) http://www.bioethics.gov/ From reading the Chairman's statement it would seem they are the opposite side of Paula Dobriansky's effort to control world population size, although I doubt it. They also are the ones looking at research on "life" itself. Reading between the lines I think it is more a study of possible bio-weapons.
Picture at http://www.ned.org/about/board_bios/fukuyama.html by the way his wife is Laura Holmgren who there appears no information on. The chair of Bioethics is Harold Tafler Shapiro, also Council on Foreign Relations 2001. Shapiro was the president of Princeton Univ.
Interesting speech given by Fukuyama justifying globalization as "made in America". http://www.cis.org.au/Events/JBL/JBL02.htm also quotes Kagan and attacks Europe for wanting treaties and law.
Frank Gaffney: writer and president of Center for Security Policy. The website says it all, strictly pro-war and gives insight to the whole New American Century Org. group.
http://www.centerforsecuritypolicy.org/index.jsp?section=today Is it any wonder that an organization with 2 Lockheed Martin executives involved has this man as a signer. He appears neither a member of CFR or the Trilateral groups, but merely their tool.
Article with both Ikles and Gaffney:
http://www.townhall.com/news/politics/200301/FOR20030110e.shtml
both promoting war.
Fred Charles Ikles: Council on Foreign Relations 2001, director of Arms Control and Disarmament under both Nixon and Ford. (Another one that never held an honest job) Lots of ties to Iran/Contra and mentioned in Covert Action Quarterly in issues # 16, 19, 20, 67, 68. He was also a past under-Sec. of Defense for Policy under Reagan. Also Ikles was head of RAND corp.. An interesting read about Ikles http://www.nwc.navy.mil/jmo/nopc/Book%20Reviews/Ikle%20-%20Beck.htm (not written by, but about) which still leaves me wondering what he is doing in a group that is planning a war that has no end. He should certainly understand the consequences of engaging the Arab world one at a time in and endless fashion. (do as a say, not as I do?) Background: http://www.csis.org/html/4ikle.htm w/ photo. Although not Ikles himself, his cousin Elizabeth Kopp was a former Justice Minister of Switzerland, forced to resign after tipping off her husband Hans Kopp concerning a DEA money laundering investigation involving Shakarchi Trading, a board Hans Kopp sat on. (Executive Intelligence Review Aug 16, 2002) (family affair?)
This article was written in June of 2000 a precursor to both the Homeland Security and USA Patriot Act. http://usinfo.state.gov/topical/pol/terror/00060501.htm It was written by ex-CIA Woolsey and Ikles.
More on Elliot Abrams: Deputy Sec. of State to Central America under Reagan, pleaded guilty to withholing information to Congress. He was sentenced to 2yrs probation and 100 hrs community work-One of those pardoned by Bush Sr. prior to leaving office.
Looking over both the current administration and the Iran/Contra scandal, it is amazing that so many of them are back hard at work including Poindexter in the U.N. . A Bush family bonus; returning to the scene of the crime.
Of interest CFR luncheon speech http://www.defenselink.mil/speeches/1999/s19990924-depsecdef.html (note the date).
