WHAT'S GOING ON?
Computer Hacking is a minor part of what is truly going on with our computers and the internet these days and they are not always negative or destructive. Many Hackers are not the enemy, yet, when Hackers are mentioned in the media (every Hacker is being given a bad rep') as an ongoing problem we should consider what it is they hacked and why?

Many Hackers are the solution to the problems we find with our computer's operating systems and how we use them. Who do you think are responsible for finding these problems, to which, they are not always exploited to create more problems, in fact, just the opposite. They find the problems and create the fix - the patch.
Throwing these people in prison is not a solution. They should be hired for their abilities and talents by our major corporations and government agencies to protect, at least, our freedoms, our companies, our military and our government. They know what to look for and how to find it. They know how to exploit it or fix it.
Many of our corporations and government agencies have hired some of the more ruthless Hackers to do what we are trying to fight...Spyware, Viruses, Indentity Theft and so forth. Obviously, one of our best defenses are the Hackers themselves.
The software that has been developed for protecting our systems and private data has been developed primarily by Hackers...they know the tricks, but, some of this software does just the opposite of what we are lead to believe it is supposed to do. So then, how do we really protect ourselves? How do we know which software is safe to use? This is what the purpose of this page is all about.

We have created a list of software developers, along with their programs, that you can trust and depend on for being clean and safe to download. Some of these offer the option to purchase their product on diskette or CD in the event that you choose not to trust downloads of any kind. Believe me, they understand that.

The content within this section (Computer Security) may be alarming to some visitors. It has been accumulated for several years and compiled and/or condensed here to present a very important and critical point on how our society has been, and is being, manipulated by software developers, marketing programs and the news media around the country as well as in other nations. This, of course, does not exclude those special interest groups and our individual governments. (We would have to look real hard to see if there is any real seperation between any of these.)

Do we really believe that these corporations are not in the same game play with some of our government agencies who are trying at every level to gain total control over the internet? Why do they want to do that? Computers and the Internet give a freedom to people all over the world that these particular groups do not have control over and therefore, cannot manipulate or indoctrinate into their corporate/political industrial machinery.
Consumer control = social control
social control = educational control
educational control = freedom control
...without your knowledgable consent.
This, no matter the medium, must never happen in a free nation. We have already been denied certain books in our public libraries and schools. Why? What's next?

Millions of people in the U.S. are being watched, fired and arrested for having images, stories and words about subjects that certain special interest groups have deemed unacceptable. Of course, they do nothing about the murder, war and over-all human bloodshed along with planetary destruction, homeless, jobless, lack of health care, a declining educational system, high cost of living, lower wages, escalating utility and fuel costs (just to name a few of the ones that are in our faces everyday), but, you can't learn about these things on any computer anywhere. Our television programs, most of which are vulger, rude and insulting display a lack in social-intelligence or propriety and the news networks have taken what could be news and spin it in so many directions with an enormous amount of redundancies and, uh, and, uh, and, uh....nobody ever gets the real story. Thus, there should be no real surprizes when it comes to the garbage we find on our computers that finds its way into our calm state of mind and forces us into Cyberwars that we didn't chose to fight...but are being forced to because of trespassers.

Change the Channel!
As of recent, the Janet Jackson fiasco at the Super Bowl, well you can bet your bottom dollar that the gears of certain special interest groups and government agencies are working very hard to use this event to gain more control over the media whether what happened was right or wrong. The fact that it happened on prime-time national television is the issue.
This particular situation will be used to set standards for the future of every level of communication that the public at large has access to...even in the privacy of their own homes. (And that's the real scary part.)
Whatever happened to the Constitution wherein it states the 'Freedom of Expression; Freedom of the Press and other such protections from these non-elected special interest groups or big government? Have you ever read anything about the Freedom of Denial?
How about the Freedom of Privacy?
How about just changing the channel....?

One thing to keep in mind is that if the internet didn't appear as a threat to certain organizations then there wouldn't be so much focus on how it should be controlled. Ask yourself, "Who and why do they really want controls on this particular medium of communication?" Truth and reality are pretty scary factors for those who don't use it or believe in it.

It's all a lot of bullshit! Many Americans absolutely believe that the Corp/Govt should get the hell out of our private lives. Especially in America. We don't pay our taxes so we can have our elected representatives violate Our Constitutional Rights in any way and then using our money against us to fund these illegal agencies. Bringing our elected officials to the table of accountability is the right of every American Citizen.

If you are truly a free person then there is no reason for you to live in fear or paranoia. As many of our Forefathers knew when framing our Constitution that it is the Government that should fear the People not the People to fear their government. This is why they included the 1st and the 2nd Amendments and created the Bill of Rights...to give all Americans the means and the right to control our government and not the other way around. To give us protection from such a tyrannical government that has appeared and made itself obvious.
